Connor Wiseman Awarded BSA Honor Medal with Crossed Palms

On October 5, 2009 First Class Scout Connor Wiseman was awarded the BSA Honor Medal with Crossed Palms, which is Scouting's highest Life Saving Award. The award was presented at the Northwest Hills District Roundtable at White Memorial in Litchfield.
